Spanks:
Plain black spanks, no colored waist band or logos please. Any brand Is ok. Boy short cut not bloomer/underwear cut.

White Crew Socks:
Please have a couple pairs of WHITE crew socks, NO LOGOS.

Bows:
Plain Orange, Black or white: $1 each

Basketball season is right around the corner! Are you ready as a basketball cheerleader?

Some things to consider:

-the basketball court is much different than the football field. Everyone is closer and it can be much louder!

-Brush up on your knowledge of basketball so you can accurately call cheers!

-No twisting tumbling is allowed on the gym floor per AACCA rules.

-No basket tosses are allowed on the gym floor per AACCA rules.

-Always ask the referees where you are allowed to stand, and make sure you tell them when you plan to come out for cheers.

-You are not allowed on the court during half time outs.

-Refresh yourself on your cheers!

-Attend Americheer Basketball Prep camp with us! Ask your coach for details!

Hello!!!

 

We wanted to add a post for all of our wonderful new cheer families!!

This post will include a packing list for games!!

We are glad you are a part of our program and we encourage you to contact your coach should you have ANY questions!!

 

Packing List:

-Spanks
-Sports Bra (white or black)
-black Crop top (this is the long sleeved, v neck, tight top that you wear under your uniform top)
-Uniform top (called a shell)
-Uniform skirt
-Cheer shoes (carry them in your bag and change into them when time to cheer)
-Water bottle
– Bows
-Hair brush
-Hair ties
-High Socks
-poncho (clear)
-black gloves (for when it gets cold – can get these at dollar store)
-Warm ups (once they are in- until then bring something warm or an old warm up)
– A shirt or jacket to put over your uniform if you plan to eat- any inhalers/medicines that you need

Can you believe we are starting school this week? It is crazy how the time just flies! We have been asked by several parents what the Football list is to make sure your child is
“Football Season Ready!!”
Please see below for the list, and ask your coach if you have any questions. Spanks, crop tops, back packs, and warm ups are the same for last year- so if you have a returning cheerleader, you will have less to buy!
